2011 Northern California Track Association
Proposal for Rules or Procedures Changes

The Northern California Track Association (NCTA), consisting of the following Member Tracks and locations, Atwater Ca, Davis Ca, Dixon Ca, Medford Or, Prairie City Ca, Redding Ca, Reno Nv, Monterey Ca, Stockton Ca, meet once a year in November to discuss and vote on written Proposals for Rules and or Procedure Changes for the following years IKF Region 11 Sprint Series Championship. Items voted on can consist of Classes to be Added, Classes to be Dropped, Local Option Classes and Rules, Race Procedures, Set a schedule and Determine Fees for the upcoming year's Region 11 Sprint Series.

Any current driver, member of IKF, or any club member may submit written proposals. Please use the form below to submit your proposal. Please include all contact information os if a NCTA Officer needs to contact you for clarification they can. You can if you desire, attend the NCTA meeting in November to bolster your Proposal. Location and time of meeting will be posted on The Official Region 11 Website Norcalkarters.com.
